Wow, I remember the first one. It was a pretty sedate, slightly dreary affair. But it's such a great idea, it just wouldn't go away and only a few years later it was huge. Then there was the one in September 2005. That was a small, threadbare, defiant act of confidence in, of, and by Bay St. Louis. Still happened though. Some things are just good ideas, some social/commercial gatherings are just too strong to die out.
